I had a fantastic evening at a songwriting masterclass led by Reg Meuross ‘Songwriting Under the Stars’. The event was run by the Folkstock Arts Foundation and organised by Helen Meissner.
Reg offered great advice and played us his beautiful songs, a real songwriting craftsman. I was reminded of a lot, and learnt a lot.
After the 3 hour masterclass we decamped to a field to watch the sunset and play music around a giant bonfire. Here’s a picture of a 3 piece group called ‘The Folk’ silhouetted against the twilight sky. A truly memorable evening with lovely people. Im proud to be part of the Folkstock Arts Foundation.
